Hi,

Swollen lymph nodes could be caused most commonly due to underlying infection. However, there are other causes which could have contributed to the enlargement of lymph nodes.

Kindly consult the doctor for clinical evaluation so that underlying cause could be found and treated accordingly. You may need certain investigations to diagnose the underlying cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
